It seems my sister spent once again, the money our father gave her to pay the apartment's electricity bill were she's living. It's not the first time and she's already without electricity. The amount is not that much but she's always short on money and she can't define priorities in her life, so I decided to help her this once but not for free. She liked the idea and promised to do her best, hopping I'll help her again in the future.
