My uncle is always traveling, no one knows exactly what he does but when he's in town he normally stays at his mother's place, my grand-mother. When I know he's around I make everything to have some time with him alone. My granny is the owner of a used furniture store and she's never home during the day so I normally change my schedule to be at her place just before lunch, and eat with her and my uncle and after she leaves, to have what I came specially for. My uncle never disappoints.
